Timeless Transitions Senior Living Program is a modern, supportive independent living solution designed for active seniors and Baby Boomers who desire the comfort of a home environment without the limitations of traditional nursing facilities. Our program serves vibrant seniors who are largely independent with their activities of daily living (ADLs) but may benefit from light assistance, structured support, and consistent oversight in a safe, welcoming residential setting.

We provide a clean, well-maintained home atmosphere where seniors can enjoy companionship, engaging activities, shared meals, and meaningful daily routines — all while maintaining their autonomy and dignity. Our caregivers offer personalized support as needed, whether that includes medication reminders, mobility assistance, appointment coordination, or wellness check-ins, ensuring residents remain active, socially connected, and empowered.

What is the admission process at Timeless Transitions?

The admission process at Timeless Transitions typically involves an initial assessment to determine the individual's needs and eligibility. This is followed by a tour of the home and meetings with staff to discuss the individual's goals and support needs. Finally, the individual and their support network will work with us to develop a care plan and transition plan.

What is the staff training and experience at Timeless Transition?

Our staff are highly trained and experienced in working with our senior residents. We provide ongoing training and support to ensure that our staff are equipped to meet the unique needs of our residents, along with partnering with outside vendors to have that additional support where assistance may be needed (i.e. home health, telehealth vendors, prescription medications delivery, etc.)

What type of payment does Timeless Transition Accept?

We accept various forms of payment to allow flexible payment options for our residents within our program. Each resident will have the opportunity to meet with our finance team to see what options are available for them and see what options the best fit at the time of enrollment is.

What is the policy on visitors at Timeless Transition?

We welcome visitors to our home. However, we ask that visitors schedule visits during visiting hours.

When is the best time to apply?

We welcome all applications; however, we take applications on a First-Come-First Serve basis. If our location is full, all new applications will be placed on a waitlist, and when a spot becomes open, we will notify the next applicant in line.
