This program is for you if:
- You can't get approved for housing because of what is on your credit report.
- You have Eviction(s), Low Credit Score, Income Issues, and/or Felony/Misdemeanor(s).
- You are currently homeless & need a Safe, Secure, & Stable living environment for you and your family!
How Does This Program Work?

Our team will meet with you and your family to determine if you are eligible. Once you have been found eligible, our team will work with you to find an apartment/home that meets your criteria within a (10) day turnaround.
- Total Cost: $600--$300 due at start and remainder due at move-in (with property)
- Income must be verified
- All application fees are the responsibility of the applicant
- Must have ID, Social Security, and be Payment Ready
