For many young adults ages 18–24 aging out of the foster care system, the transition into independence can feel uncertain and overwhelming. TFTH Young Adults Aging Out of the Foster Care System Program is designed to meet young adults at that critical turning point — providing safe housing, structured support, and real-life guidance to help them move forward with confidence.
Through mentorship, life-skills development, employment assistance, and a stable home environment, we help young adults across South Carolina shift from survival mode to stability and success — turning uncertainty into opportunity and independence into achievement.
